  • Once you've found your ideal frame and added it to your cart, you'll be redirected to our lens selection page. There, you can effortlessly choose the lenses that best suit your needs. Start by selecting a lens brand—such as Standard, Essilor, Zeiss, or Transitions. Next, choose the type of prescription lens you need, like single vision or varifocal lenses, and then select from our range of options such as clear, blue light control, tinted, polarised, mirrored, and more. Then, choose your preferred lens index (thickness) from the dropdown menu, along with your desired lens coating. Once you've made your selections, add the lenses to your cart. At checkout, your chosen frame and lenses will be ready and waiting for you.

  • Lens Index (or refractive index) refers to how much a lens material bends light and directly impacts the thickness of the lens. A higher index typically results in a thinner, lighter, and more comfortable lens—especially beneficial for stronger prescriptions, as it reduces bulk and enhances the overall appearance of your glasses. It's also important to consider the style of frame you've chosen. For example, a thin metal frame will generally look more aesthetically pleasing when paired with a higher-index (thinner) lens. As the index value increases, lenses become progressively thinner and lighter.

The ideal lens index for you depends on your prescription strength, personal preferences, and lifestyle.

  • If your prescription falls within our in-house stock of clear single vision lenses, we can dispatch your order within 48 hours. Premium brand single vision lenses—such as Clear, Sun Tints, or Transitions—typically take 3 to 5 business days. Varifocal and progressive lenses usually require 5 to 10 business days, as these are custom-made to your exact specifications. You'll receive email updates throughout the process to keep you informed every step of the way.

  • Once you've selected your desired lenses and frame, simply head to checkout to complete your purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to upload a JPEG image of your prescription—usually provided by your optometrist—as well as the ability to upload an image so we can assess and measure your pupillary distance (PD). It's a simple and straightforward process designed to save you the time and hassle of manually entering your prescription details, and to ensure everything is accurate.

  • Absolutely! This is known as our Reglaze Service. If your prescription has changed but you still love your current frames, there's no need to replace them. Simply visit our Reglaze page and add the product to your cart. You’ll then be directed to our lens selection page, where you can choose your desired lenses and proceed to checkout.

Your confirmation email will include instructions on how to upload your new prescription, as well as an option to upload a photo of yourself wearing the frames—this helps us accurately measure your pupillary distance (PD) and heights (for varifocal lenses). It will also include details on where to send your frames so we can fit them with your updated lenses.

Best of all, we don’t charge any additional fee for this service—unlike most other companies. You only pay for the cost of your new lenses. It’s a simple, cost-effective way to keep the glasses you love while updating your vision.
