How long will my authentic glasses take?
Where do I upload my prescription?
Complete checkout first. Your confirmation email will include a secure upload link for a clear photograph or JPEG of your current glasses prescription.
What do you need for my pupillary distance?
We will request a forward-facing photograph with a ruler or store-card-sized reference positioned on your forehead. This allows our optical team to calculate your PD and position the lenses accurately.

Prescription Upload Made Easy
Once you’ve selected your Oakley frame and lenses, just head to checkout to complete your order. After that, here’s what to do:
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to upload your prescription.
→ Simply take a clear photo of your prescription (provided by your optometrist) and upload it as a JPEG file.You’ll also be asked to upload a photo of yourself facing the camera, with a ruler or a store card–sized object placed on your forehead.
→ This helps us accurately measure your pupillary distance (PD).
It’s a quick and easy way to make sure your lenses are made exactly to your prescription — without the hassle of entering details manually.
