Build Your Lenses
Choose the perfect lenses for your frame in a few simple steps.
All lenses are prepared and inspected by our in-house optical lab.
If you don’t have your prescription or PD to hand, you can upload them after ordering using the secure link in your confirmation email.
Step 1
What type of lenses do you need?
Not sure? Most prescriptions are for distance vision, even if you mainly wear your glasses for everyday tasks such as reading screens or driving.
Distance Vision
For everyday use such as driving, TV and general activities.
Reading Lenses
If your prescription includes a near addition (ADD), this will be combined with your distance prescription to produce your reading lenses.
Varifocal Lenses
Distance and reading in one lens with a smooth transition between both.
Non-Prescription
Clear or cosmetic lenses without vision correction.

Step 2
Choose your lens range
Select the lens range you would like for your glasses.
Essential Lenses
Reliable everyday lenses offering excellent clarity and great value.
Essilor Lenses
Advanced lens technology designed for improved visual comfort and clarity.
Zeiss Lenses
(Premium)
Precision German optics designed for exceptional visual clarity.
Transitions
Light-adaptive lenses that darken outdoors and return to clear indoors.
Step 3
Choose your lens style
Choose between clear lenses or sun lenses including tints, gradients, polarised and mirror finishes.
Step 4
How strong is your prescription?
This helps us recommend the best lens thickness for your glasses.
Very Light
Up to ±2.00
Light
±2.00 – ±4.00
Medium
±4.00 – ±6.00
Strong
±6.00+
Step 5
Choose your lens thickness (Index)
Thinner lenses reduce edge thickness and weight, especially for stronger prescriptions.
Step 6
Choose your coating
Only coatings available for your chosen lens will appear.
Step 7
Pupillary Distance (PD)
PD is the distance between your pupils and is used to centre your lenses correctly in your frame. Most opticians do not include PD on prescriptions, so don’t worry if yours is missing.
If you already know your PD you can enter it during checkout. If not, your order confirmation email will include a secure upload link to send your prescription and a photo for PD measurement.
Our lab checks all prescriptions and measurements before production begins. If anything needs confirming, we will contact you before proceeding.
Step 8
What happens after you place your order
1 — Place your order.
2 — Upload your prescription and photo using the secure link in your confirmation email (if required).
